Every new Abbey Stadium member receives three FREE gym inductions within their first six weeks. We’re here to help you feel confident, supported and motivated from day one. And if you’re looking for something even more personalised, you can elevate your results with expert 1‑to‑1 Personal Training tailored entirely to you.

Your 3‑Step Gym Induction Programme

1. Initial Consultation & Programme Design
When: Week 1
Your first session includes:
A friendly consultation and goal setting
A tour of the gym and equipment demonstrations
A personalised workout routine designed around your goals, experience and time availability
This session sets the foundation for your fitness journey.

2. Follow-Up Appointment
When: Approximately 2 weeks after your first session
This check-in is designed to keep you progressing. Your trainer will:
Review your current routine
Monitor how you’re getting on
Add new exercises or adapt your programme as needed

3. Re‑Assessment & Progression Session
When: 4 weeks after your follow‑up
During this final induction stage, we:
Assess your progress
Update and advance your programme
Equip you with the next steps to keep improving
After your first six weeks, you are welcome to book a re‑assessment every 6 weeks to stay on track.

Personal Training

If you’re ready for a more tailored approach, our 1‑to‑1 Personal Training sessions are the perfect way to accelerate your progress. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after a break, or looking to push towards a specific goal, personalised coaching gives you the structure, accountability and motivation to succeed.
