At Abbey Stadium we are passionate about Group Exercise and creating a welcoming fitness community for everyone. Our fantastic instructors deliver a varied and exciting timetable every week, from high-energy Body Combat and mindful Yoga to powerful RPM cycling and refreshing Aqua Fit in the pool. We also now offer coached Pickleball sessions and gym-floor team workouts, giving you even more ways to stay active, build confidence and enjoy moving.

Our programme is designed for all abilities, so you do not need to be an athlete to join in. Every session is friendly and inclusive, with instructors who support you to work at your own pace and feel comfortable as you progress. We have a supportive, energetic and sociable community of regulars who love welcoming new faces, so whether you are trying your first class, returning to fitness or looking to try something new, you will find the perfect session and a team ready to cheer you on.
