Beginner Pickleball Coached Session
Pickleball is a fun and fast-growing racket sport that can be played as singles or doubles. Using smooth-faced paddles, players hit a perforated plastic ball over a 34-inch (0.86 m) net, aiming to outplay their opponents. Suitable for all abilities, this coached session introduces the rules and techniques of the game in a friendly, supportive environment.

Grit Plyo
A 30‑minute high‑intensity interval training workout that uses explosive plyometric movements to increase power, improve agility and build a lean, athletic body. This session incorporates a bench and combines jumping and agility drills to help you perform like an athlete.

Grit Strength
A 30‑minute high‑intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses a barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to challenge all major muscle groups.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga involves a series of physical postures and breathing techniques. These are practised more slowly and with more static holds than a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class, offering a calm, steady approach to building strength, flexibility and relaxation.

HYROX
HYROX combines running and functional workout stations. Participants run 1 km followed by one functional workout station, repeated eight times. Intermediate Pickleball Coached Session
Pickleball is a racket sport in which two players or four players use a smooth‑faced paddle to hit a perforated, hollow plastic ball over a 34‑inch‑high net until one side is unable to return the ball or commits a fault. It can be played indoors or outdoors. In this session you will be coached by two instructors who will teach you how to play and help you develop your skills.

Ladies Only Fitbox
This is a ladies‑only weight training session held in the Fitbox area of the gym. It provides a supportive space to improve strength, lifting technique and confidence, suitable for all levels.
LBT
LBT is a conditioning class that focuses on strengthening and toning the lower body, targeting the legs, bums and tums. This session uses a mix of bodyweight and resistance‑based exercises to improve muscle endurance, build strength and enhance overall fitness. It is suitable for all levels and is a great option for anyone looking to improve core stability and lower‑body strength.

Les Mills Dance
LES MILLS Dance is a high‑energy dance workout suitable for all levels. The class blends simple choreography with uplifting music to create a fun, expressive cardio session. Olympic Weight Lifting
This class is suitable for all levels and includes barbell work to help develop strength, power and confidence in lifting. It supports improvements in metabolism, posture and mobility while reducing body fat and increasing functional strength. You will learn key lifting techniques, progress safely and feel stronger each week. It is a supportive session that encourages you to get fit, build power and enjoy the social side of training.
