At Abbey Stadium we love Group Exercise classes! We have some amazing Rockstar Instructors who lead a huge range of sessions every week. So whether you want to bounce around with high energy in Body Combat, take a slightly slower pace with some Yoga or jump on a bike in RPM, we’ve got it all.

Group Exercise Classes are great for adding variety to your routine, challenging your body in different ways and importantly feeling like you are part of a community. Our group exercise classes are not aimed towards high performance athletes, our Rockstar Instructors make the sessions welcoming for everyone and give you an opportunity to work at your own pace and comfort level that will be individual to you. We’ve built a supportive, fun and high energy community of regulars who are always there to help and welcome people starting out for the first time.
