We recently launched a new programme for our members called Fitbox Life and Fitbox Active/Perform. These 6 week courses are a unique training programme to help you build your functional strength and performance.
Aimed at all levels of fitness and ability they are a great way to stay motivated with your training and set measure your improvements over the length of the programme.
The Sessions are designed to improve your strength, mobility & movement patterns. The movements patterns you will do in these sessions are Squat, Hinge, Lunge & Push & Pull.
These sessions are completely free of charge for our members.
FITBOX JUNIORS
JUNIOR FITBOX CLASSES
New Junior Gym Session instructed by Mark.
Mark is a fully qualified Adolescence Instructor with a wealth of experience in personal training.
The class is designed to introduce 11-15 year olds to using the gym safely and focuses on correct techniques.

COURSE DATES
The course is 6 weeks. These sessions are 45 mins which is split into a 5 min warm-up, 30 minutes of strength work and 10 minutes of cardio at the end.
