Aimed at all levels of fitness and ability they are a great way to stay motivated with your training and set measure your improvements over the length of the programme.
The Sessions are designed to improve your strength, mobility & movement patterns. The movements patterns you will do in these sessions are Squat, Hinge, Lunge & Push & Pull. Whether you’re completely new to lifting or looking to refine your technique, the session focuses on building strength, improving confidence, and mastering safe, effective movement patterns.

Mark is a fully qualified Adolescence Instructor with a wealth of experience in personal training.
The class is designed to introduce 11-15 year olds to using the gym safely and focuses on correct techniques.
