At Abbey Stadium we have 4 Badminton courts available for hire within our Sportshall.
Sessions are available to book online, either at a rate of £10.50 for 40 minute session, or free of charge if you have a membership with us before 5.00pm weekdays and weekends.

Its a full body workout
When running, diving and lunging you are giving your body a great workout, strengthening muscles and building your cardio fitness. You are also burning up to 450 calories per hour.

Badminton is fun! Getting a small group of friends together for a game is a great excuse to meet up and have a coffee in the cafe afterwards.
